NEW NEW NEW

Hello all. So here's my little autobiography as a new member:

I saw the Bravery last summer in manhattan @ Rothko and fell in love. I kept visiting their site and listening to the music up until their album came out, which I promptly bought.

Anyway, I saw them tonight in DC and they were AMAZING!!!!! they were awesome @ Rothko back before they were really big, but they were just...incredible tonight. I was in a balcony with an awesome view of the stage, really close and everything, and I lapped up every second of it.

Unfortunately, my entry is tinged with melancholy because I was with a friend who wasn't so enthusiastic about them, and she didn't want to try and meet them or anything, even though I was really wanting to do so. :(

Hope I didn't bore you all too much!

Wow, haha, I just wrote an entry about the DC show. Man, the first time I went to the 9:30 I went to the balcony too, and you think you're close, but wait until you get to the second or nearly first row of people. That's where we were. It was amazing. Sam was practically dripping on us.

hahahah yeah I saw yours just after I'd written mine.

I would have liked to have gotten to the 1st or 2nd row, but my friend didn't want to be crowded and shoved all night long. So we settled for the balcony. Just seeing them live from any vantage point is awesome haha!

Oooooh a proper oldy old type fan.
You should poke your friend in the eye, getting hit, crushed and bruised etc. is all part of the fun =D

hahaha I know, I know, but it could have been worse...at least we were pretty close to the stage. I dragged us downtown (we live in Columbia, MD) like, 2 hours before the doors opened so we could get good spots. But we ended up not being as far in line as we wanted because we had to find parking hahaha
